The owner was shopping for a new battery. Vehicle theft: A Honda Accord left unattended and running in the 3200 block of Old Boynton Road was stolen. The woman could not identify the man, as she did not turn around to look at him. Robbery: A woman was approached from behind by a man in the parking lot of an establishment in the 2200 block of North Congress Avenue. Police searched the area but found no casings, damage or witnesses. Shots fired: A caller reported hearing gunfire and seeing a man running in the 200 block of Northeast 14th Avenue. There was no damage to the vehicle, and nothing inside it was disturbed.
